Export to a link.
Pick exakt in the Export dialog and get a verified share link when Lightroom finishes. Every pixel arrives.
What it does
Adds “exakt” as a destination in Lightroom Classic's Export dialog. Lightroom renders your files as usual, the plugin uploads each one in parts straight to storage, verifies every byte with SHA-256, and hands you a share link. Nothing is recompressed or resized on the way.
Install
- Download exakt-lightroom.zip and unzip it. Move the
exakt.lrpluginfolder somewhere it can stay, such as Documents. - In Lightroom Classic, open File › Plug-in Manager. Click Add, pick the
exakt.lrpluginfolder, and click Done. - On exakt.space, open Dashboard › Profile › API tokens and create a token. Copy it; it is shown once.
- Open File › Export. At the top, change “Export To” to exakt. Paste the token in the exakt section and click Check.
Export
- Set your file settings as normal. For photos that leave Lightroom, choose sRGB. TIFF 16-bit for masters, JPEG at quality 90 to 100 for everything else.
- Give the transfer a title, or leave it blank for today's date.
- Choose “Anyone with the link” or “Private”. Private transfers appear only in your dashboard, where you can share them later with a password, invites, an expiry, or a download limit.
- Click Export. When it finishes, the link is shown and copied to your clipboard.
Troubleshooting
- “Yielding is not allowed within a C or metamethod call”: you have plugin 1.0.0. Download the zip again, replace the
exakt.lrpluginfolder, then in Plug-in Manager select exakt and click Reload Plug-in. - “That token is unknown or has been revoked”: create a new token on the Profile tab and paste it again.
- “The system hashing tool failed”: the plugin uses shasum on macOS and certutil on Windows. Both ship with the operating system; check the export folder is not on a drive that blocks scripts.
- An export stopped halfway: the transfer is left unfinished in your dashboard. Delete it and export again, or finish it there.
- Lightroom (the cloud version) and Lightroom mobile have no plugin system. Export to a folder and upload from the dashboard instead.
